Muslim’s are told in the Quran to read the Torah (the first five books of the Old Testament), the Zabur (the Psalms of David), and the Injeel (the gospel of Christ).

Muslim’s and Jews in essence worship the true God, furthermore they recognise appearances of God in Old Testament. These are called theophanies (visible manifestations of God to humankind, the great theophany of Sinai is one example). Even though we know from the Old Testament that man cannot see God and live, clearly we can see the Angel of the Lord (a theophany) and live, albeit trembling. If Muslim’s and Jews believe that these occurances in the Old Testament are true then they believe in the Lord God.

Christianity differs concerning the connection of Old Testament prophecies regarding the Messiah to Jesus Christ. Christian’s believe from both the Old and New Testament that one can be saved and be part of the first resurrection only if they believe Jesus Christ is Messiah. There are many passages in the Old and New Testament that theologians identify as fundamentally pointing to Jesus Christ as not just being a prophet, but the sacrificial lamb of God. God making a divine sacrifice of Himself within the context of human space and time on earth. In this sense God is and was fully capable and effective as a sacrifice on earth and yet not die in the broader reality of Heaven. God shared in our humanity and humbled himself so that in the name of Messiah (Jesus) all can be saved in the first resurrection.  In theological terms Jesus is the face of God and a ‘procession' of the one God into our realm.

The reality is that Muslim’s are descendants of Abraham, and blessed by God. Some Christian’s may find it odd that they too are waiting for the return of Jesus Christ. The differences ends there, because Messianic Jew’s and Christian’s believe that Jesus Christ is a sacrificial theophany not just a prophet. Or as St. Thomas Aquinas would say a 'procession of God’ fully efficacious in causing salvation. Furthermore, Muslim’s do not fully appreciate that Christian’s believe in one God and that God is one. This is because in the Quran the Prophet Mohammad says that Christian’s believe that God created a son, also that Christian’s believe God is three Gods not one. Christian’s 100% do not don't believe God created the Son nor that God is three Gods that would be blasphemy: Christian’s ‘philosophically’ see God as ‘work’ in three ways in heavan and on earth.

God is one, the concept of Trinity is merely a crude means of explaining what theologian’s call the economic trinity of God. This means that the ONE GOD is an all powerful Father, able to express his face through the life of Jesus. The New Testament teaches us that God as a procession entered into the womb of the Virgin Mary; in to our space time dimension to be offered as a living sacrifice so that all in his name can have eternal life and find the path to the Father.

After the rapture (of Christian’s and Messianic Jews) and through the Tribulation both Muslims and non-messianic Jews will have an opportunity to realise the true nature of Jesus Christ and be saved for eternal life.

Some interesting Scriptures

Proverbs 30:5-6 "Every word of God is flawless; he is a shield to those who take refuge in Him. Do not add to his words, or he will rebuke you and prove you a liar."

Isaiah 59:21"'As for me, this is my covenant with them' says the LORD. 'My Spirit, who is on you, and my words that I have put in your mouth will not depart from your mouth, or from the mouths of your children, or from the mouths of their descendants from this time on and forever,' says the LORD."

Acts 4:12 "Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to men by which we must be saved."

Philippians 2:5-12 "Your attitude should be the same as that of Christ Jesus: Who, being in very nature God, did not consider equality with God something to be grasped, but made himself nothing, taking the very nature of a servant, being made in human likeness. And being found in appearance as a man, he humbled himself and became obedient to death — even death on a cross! Therefore God exalted him to the highest place and gave him the name that is above every name, that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth, and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father."

1 Peter 3:15-16 "…Always be prepared to give an answer to everyone who asks you to give the reason for the hope that you have. But do this with gentleness and respect, keeping a clear conscience, so that those who speak maliciously against your good behavior in Christ may be ashamed of their slander." … (18) "For Christ died for sins once for all, the righteous for the unrighteous, to bring you to God. He was put to death in the body but made alive by the Spirit,"

1 John 5:12-13 "He who has the Son has life; he who does not have the Son of God does not have life. I write these things to you who believe in the name of the Son of God so that you may know that you have eternal life."

John 14:6 "Jesus answered, 'I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me." (NKJV, NIV)

1 John 2:22-23 "Who is a liar but he who denies that Jesus is the Christ? He is antichrist who denies the Father and the Son. Whoever denies the Son does not have the Father either; he who acknowledges the Son has the Father also. (26) "These things I have written to you concerning those who try to deceive you." (NKJV)

John 8:24 "Therefore I said to you that you will die in our sins; for if you do not believe that I am He, you will die in your sins." (NKJV)

John 16:2-3 "…In fact, a time is coming when anyone who kills you will think he is offering a service to God. They will do such things because they have not known the Father or me." (Jesus is speaking)

Revelation 17:5-6 "And on her forehead a name was written: MYSTERY, BABYLON the GREAT, The MOTHER OF HARLOTS AND OF THE ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH. I saw the woman, drunk with the blood of the saints and with the blood of the martyrs of Jesus. And when I saw her, I marveled with great amazement." (NKJV)

Luke 6:27-29 Jesus said, "But I tell you who hear me: Love our enemies, do good to those who hate you, bless those who curse you, pray for those who mistreat you."

1 Corinthians 13:1-7 "If I speak in the tongues of men and of angels, but have not love, I am only a resounding gong or a clanging cymbal. If I have the gift of prophecy and can fathom all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have a faith that can move mountains, but have not love, I am nothing. If I give all I possess to the poor and surrender my body to the flames, but have not love, I gain nothing. Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres."
